What or who is Graphic Lab?

-We are a small artist studio who worked on and off on graphic content both 2d and 3d since the mid 80's , today we are composed of two peoples who are very entusiast of the great advancement in the graphic instruments and the possibilty offered to graphic artist like us.

Do i need to create an account in your website to purchase?

-Yes this is necessary and also useful because once registered we can offer you periodically our coupon discount codes and offers on some of our models, if we dont know you we cant do it, we never use or share your email with anyone outside and never send unrealated or third party emails.

How the purchased models are delivered after purchase?

We use PayPal automatic delivery of electronic content, once purchased you will immediatly receive an email with the download link or depending on the size of the file as an attachement in your email, each link is unique for the transaction and automatically made by our server.

How do I know how the file is delivered - email with unique link for http download or as an email direct attachement?

Due to some limitations in our host, files bigger than 18MB cannot be dowloaded from the server via browser but need to be sent as an email attachement, today with all the free GB capable email services you should surely not have any problem in receiving a 20-25MB file. To know which of the two delivery the file you want to purchase is just check by passing your mouse pointer over  When / How do I get my file? text that is in every file just under the BUY NOW button and it will tell you if it is delivered as an email attachement or as an email download link.

Why the files are so big?

Well in the case of very high detailed tree and plants where you have hundred thousands polygons there is no way to have small files especially because we want to deliver at least two different format extension for every model so you will alway find one that run with your 3D application no matter what you use, today .fbx .obj are very common and any software can import them. We also deliver the original c4d file because this is the original one from which the other are generated and also Cinema 4D is becoming a very common utilized prgram by 3d artists.
It's to be noted also that these are not bilboarded trees, the foliage are real 3d surfaces every single leaf it's actually there, we will also make some low poly bilboarded tree for use in game engines as we finish our main work with these.

How the file is packaged?

The files are in the .rar compressed format it's much more efficent than .zip  it can reduce the size of quite a few megabytes , just download Winrar if you still dont have it, it's free. All files are scanned with NOD32 before compression are are virus 100% free.

I dont see much in the website why?

-We just started it (December 2009) we need some time to convert and package our work and also create new one, for now we are trying to add one or two new models every week as we make them, it will come progressively this is not our main business at least for now.
